The founder

Hi. I am Matt.

Husband, dad, and follower of Jesus trying to figure out what faithful looks like on a regular Tuesday.

Where this started

I taught a four-month evangelism class at my church. The people in the room were committed Christians who loved Jesus and knew the Great Commission. Almost all of them felt paralyzed by it.

They saw sharing their faith as a grand task for bolder, more gifted people. Something that required the right words, the right moment, the right version of themselves.

But what I kept seeing was different. Seed-planting opportunities happen multiple times every single day. The person behind you in line. The coworker who just found out something hard. The neighbor you have walked past a hundred times.

They did not need more training. They needed permission.

They needed permission, not more training.

The theology behind it

The Great Commission is not just for the bold.

Jesus did not say go do something impressive. He said go. His examples of how the kingdom grows were always small.

Mustard seed
Matthew 13:31-32 - The smallest of all seeds. Grows into something large enough for birds to nest in.
Yeast in dough
Matthew 13:33 - A small amount works through the whole batch.
One lost coin
Luke 15:8-9 - One ordinary person. One careful search. Great joy.

Small things available to ordinary people in ordinary moments. That is not poetry. That is a promise about how the kingdom of God actually works.

Small acts done faithfully are not small to God.
